Noticing the beliefs and thoughts that shape experience
We experience events through the lens of our beliefs, assumptions, expectations, judgments, and stories.
This workshop offers a practical framework for exploring the relationship between what happens, the meaning we make of it, and the emotions that arise as a result.
Through guided reflection and structured exercises, participants will learn how to distinguish between observable facts and the thoughts, beliefs, and interpretations that shape their experience. This recurring process leads to greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, self-compassion, and choice.
Scheduling - this workshop will be held on 3 consecutive Wednesdays.
What You'll Learn
Observation: Separating Facts from Elaborations

Develop the ability to notice these processes without immediately believing them.

Discover how beliefs influence perception and emotional experience.
We'll explore beliefs about:

Participants will investigate how these beliefs were learned and how they continue to shape present-day experiences.
Emotions as Information
Learn how thoughts and beliefs contribute to emotional experiences.
We'll explore:
The relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and emotions
Why different people react differently to the same event
How greater awareness creates more choice in how we respond
Cultivating Self-Connection
Develop a compassionate and curious relationship with your inner experience.
Rather than trying to change yourself, you'll learn to understand yourself more deeply.
