In-Person Foundations of Compassionate Communication

Join us in person for a full day immersion into the fundamentals of Compassionate Communication.

Learn and practice with others as we explore and apply skills including:

• authentic self connection

• heartfelt honest expression

• empathic listening

• navigating challenging interactions

This session offers tools for remaining connected to ourselves and others, even in challenging situations. Participants will learn and practice together with others who are also on a journey towards more heart-centered authenticity, connection, growth, and learning.

Tiered pricing offered for this workshop - $80 - $160, sliding scale. Scholarships available.

CCCO has its roots in nurturing community around the teachings and practice of NVC. It’s been a while since CCCO has met as a community face-to-face. We’re excited to be planning a Fall Community Gathering in Columbus, OH.

Dates, places and agenda/format have not been decided on yet, as we would LOVE to plan this with you. We hope this will be a co-created event!
